The SINDA Bursary supports eligible students with education-related financial assistance. Students and their families seeking assistance may be linked to suitable SINDA Programmes and schemes where applicable.

This Bursary will be disbursed till November 2026, from the month of application approval.

• SINDA Bursary [Primary]: $110/month
• SINDA Bursary [Secondary]: $145/month

Eligibility Criteria

a) Indian Singaporean or Permanent Resident.

b) Studying full-time in a Government or Government-aided school at a primary and secondary level.

c) Per Capita Nett Household income (PCI) of $1,600 per month or less.

    PCI = Total Nett household income divided by the number of people in the household.

Please ensure you have submitted your online SINDA Bursary Application with the required supporting documents:

• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
• Copy of Student’s Bank Account Details (Passbook or Bank Statement)
• Latest 3 months payslips for all working household members in the same house address
• Latest 6 months CPF Contribution for non-working adults in the same house address
• If divorced/separated: Divorce certificate or any legal documents as proof
• If deceased household members: Death certificate
• P6 students progressing to Sec 1: Secondary School Posting Document / Sec 4 students progressing to Sec 5: Proof of Enrolment in the Secondary School in 2026.
